TANGO E-GIFT CARD FAQs

  1. What is TANGO E-GIFT CARD?
Tango E-Gift Card is the "get exactly what you want" electronic gift card. You can choose how, where, and exactly what you want to use it for.
Redeem for digital gift cards like Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, and more - restaurants, retailers, travel, etc.
You can even split your Tango reward and redeem for any combination of our gift cards.

  1. When will I receive my reward?
Please refer to your confirmation letter email that contains details about when to expect payment. Typically your reward will be emailed within two business days of the project's completion (once everyone in the study has participated). If you haven't received your reward within the specified time or may have deleted the email, refer to numbers 7 and 8 below.

  1. How will the reward be sent to me?
a. Sensory Center uploads a file to Tangocard.com, who emails you the Tango Card reward link to the address we have on file.
b. The Sender will be Sensory Center
c. The sender's email address will be noreply@tangocard.com. You may wish to add this email address to your Safe Senders list to avoid emails being moved to your spam or junk folder.
d. The Subject Line should read "Your reward from Sensory Center is here"

  1. How do I spend my Reward Link?
a. Click your Reward Link - you'll be taken to a page with reward options (in alphabetical order)
b. Choose an e-gift card or other reward option
c. Select the value of the card (you cannot choose more than your remaining balance)
d. Select "Add to Cart"
e. If you have remaining balance and would like to choose another option, repeat Steps 2-4
f. Once you have selected all the e-gift cards you want, click "Checkout"
g. Enter your name and your email address and check the box acknowledging the terms
h. Click "Complete My Order"
i. Your e-gift card(s) will arrive in your email inbox
Can I use electronic gift cards in-store?
Absolutely! Most electronic retail gift cards offered can be used in-store by simply printing out the E gift card and presenting it to the cashier.
However, some retailers have special instructions for in-store use. Be sure to double-check how your retailer wants you to use your gift card in store before you go to the store.

  1. Can I combine multiple Reward Links?
At this time, you need to spend your Reward Link value independently.

  1. Do Reward Links expire?
Reward Link balances do not expire unless otherwise noted in the original email containing your Reward Link.
  1. What should I do if my reward hasn't been received within the time period indicated in my confirmation letter?
After checking your spam folder for an email from Sensory Center (noreply@tangocard.com), if you have not received your reward by the time indicated in the confirmation letter, please contact SCAreward@sensorycenteratlanta.com and include the following information so we can research the issue:
a. Subject line - Reward Inquiry for Project xxxx (xxxx = project ID number) (Example: Reward Inquiry for Project 5005)
b. Body of email - include the following:
i. Your full name
ii. The date you participated
iii. Copy / paste the information about payment from your confirmation or reminder letter
Someone will research the payment and will reply to you within one business day

  1. What should I do if I deleted the email link before redeeming the Reward Link?
Follow the email instructions in number 7 above. We will research the item and resend the email.
  1. What should I do if I run into issues once I have redeemed a Reward Link?
